@@3nim3nimabl3 No, but it does weaken the franchise as a whole if it isn't good. The entire reason DMC5 exists is that dmc was so bad it forced them to return to the franchise. A reboot should not be treated like throwing a random dart at a board. People will leave if it's not good and those people are the people who will buy it. Just ask Saints Row how it's doing after it's rebooted. Entire franchises have died or been held indefinitely due to bad reboots. This is a verifiable fact.

I personally want a remake on the first 3 games. Keep the story mostly the same( with some extra twists) and keep the actors the same as well. But add onto the levels. Make them longer, bigger, harder, epic..er. I want to spend 35 hours instead of the usual 20, so to speak. And for the love of God, please have shimballa and Ubar be more explorable and extend the time we spend in this locations by a decent amount.

Personally I don't think uncharted has to be over, but I think Nate's story is. Uncharted prequels featuring characters like Sully, or even one about Cassandra could be really cool! But Nate's story is finished, and it was perfect the way it was. I would also love more with Chloe, Nadine and hopefully even Sam, that's a group I want to see again.

This is probably the best video on how uncharted the lost legacy is the future for the uncharted series! It’s my favourite game in the series and sadly it’s the most underrated all of the point you made were spot on and thank you for not shitting in the game. I definitely agree that this game was for sure Chloe’s redemption era and as for Nadine she is on her way there she just needs another game or two to get there. Time and time again I’ve seen people who say “we want drake back” or “uncharted ended with 4” totally disregarding lost legacy. And unfortunately it happens all the time but people need to understand that drakes story is done! Even the idea of Cassie coming back to me is abit meh because surely Nate would have to be involved one way or the other ? I mean it’s his daughter after all. You are so right about Assassin's Creed. I haven't played any of them in years. I loved the way they were initially and the last 3 entries just seem like RPGs with skill trees and way too much to collect. That is just not my style of game. I liked all the side stuff in the earlier AC games, but it became too overwhelming and I just couldn't keep pushing through them. Now, it's been too long for me to really even consider jumping into AC games again.

Lost Legacy is in my top two of the Uncharted games. I can’t tell if Among Thieves is my favorite because of nostalgia, but if it is, then Lost Legacy would be number one. It has the best gameplay and the tightest story. I agree with the point about AAAs making smaller games with the higher production value. I actually like the Miles Morales Spider-Man game a lot more than I liked the Peter Parker Spider-Man game and that’s saying a lot for me cuz I loved them both.

The whole idea of continuing the series with his daughter is so incredibly stupid uncharted is one of those extremely rare series that had a near enough perfect ending with all its storylines wrapped up!! Sully, Chloe, Sam and countless other characters in the series have almost limitless potential In the story’s they could create. Young Cassie goes to finish what Cassandra Morgan (Nate & Sam's mother, I assume Cassie was named after her) couldn't because of her... suspicious death. I also wondered what exactly happened to the Drake brothers their mother. Could be a interesting story.

It wasn’t a “suspicious death” - she committed suicide due to illness. Adding a layer of mystery to the death takes all the nuance away from U4. Same with any continuation of the Drake story, the point of 4 was Nate realising he wanted more for him life and family than he had the chance to.

I've enjoyed every game in this series apart from Golden Abyss as i don't have a Vita and for me personally it's a near perfect series, one thing it never did is bore me, Lost Legacy is a great entry and very fun, Nadine and Chloe are a great buddy up because they respect eachother over the course of the story.

Same, part of me dreads a new uncharted installment. If its a remake, they certainly won't live up to the previous games, if it's a continuation then it'll end up ruining a great ending. I'd even argue that Lost Legacy might've been pushing it by giving people too much hope that new stuff will be coming. Naughty Dog even confirmed they will not be making anymore Uncharted stuff. I feel its time for Uncharted to go the way of Jak and Daxter, exit stage left and be remembered as a great series that knew when to quite while they were ahead. Even if they got a little ambitious with LL.

There is really only 3 ways they could make a new Uncharted game without resorting to a reboot. 1. A game with Sam and Sully, given how 4 ends, that would be the perfect follow up game and to have Sam and Sully interact for a whole game would be pretty great. 2. Another Lost Legacy sort of game where you play as Nadine and Chloe, which would be a great oppourtunity to flesh them out even more. 3. A game with Cassie, Nate and Elena's daughter. Maybe she gets inspired by all the stories and goes off on her own adventure and maybe at some point, she meets up with Sam or even Sully or hell if they really could make it work, Nate could come in and help.

Honestly what I would want is another game series in the same universe, like keep the central premise but call it something different, and with different characters. This could mean that could be small allusions to people like Nathan Drake, like if the new main character were to discover Atlantis they could make a remark like I'm only the second person to discover a Lost Atlantis. This would obviously be a reference to uncharted 3, and Ubar, Atlantis of the sands. Or you could have even more cool mysteries like the word croatoan, which what has roots in native americans, too much for something similar to a death curse, which could be a very good idea for a game.

one of the things I don't like about a lot of these games and ones similar is that everyone seems to have the same jaw line.. 13:18 for reference in this instance. but I like that the "side quest" map puzzle thing is very reminiscent of Assassins Creed like collecting the pieces for armor. For me uncharted lost legacy is memorable because it takes place in INDIA 🇮🇳 which i am from. Which i think they were kept hinting that the next game gonna take place in India like UN1 having connection to indian maha rajas,then UN2 taking place in NEPAL and having an Indian flag besides it, UN3 i don't think it has a hint but the Persian have connection to INDIA, UN4 the island takes place at the middle of the INDIAN OCEAN. It's like they wanted to make a UN game that takes place in INDIA & glad they did because as an Indian i appreciate that. & I've never seen any game takes place in INDIA looks this good btw the 1st game I've seen takes place in INDIA was HITMAN games mission's after that this was the game that really sets that thing in my head and really they captured the Amazon jungle in a really good way.

I just beat uncharted 4 for the 2nd time. The first time was when the game came out in 2016 and now finished it on the ps5 and was having the same thought too.

Uncharted is near perfect, don't ruin it. You know what should be remade, rebooted, redone, remake, re everything......the la.........pa...2

As far as I'm concerned it never happened. TLOU is a perfect game, it doesn't need a sequel.

Easy fix. Have one team remake the first three games, and inbetween each remake have another team release another game with Chloe and Nadine, a game with Sully and Sam, and then a game with Cassie. The series continues on without rebooting, everyone is satisfied.

I think i wouldn't even want a spin-off...Lost Legacy was short and sweet, but i just can't imagine anyone else than Nate and Sully as the main characters. Really excited for the new IP that ND are cooking. But yeah, genuenly one of those franchises that ended perfectly and didn't overstated it's welcome IMO!
