Check the diaphragm in your fuel pressure regulator for rips. I had the same issue in my Turbo Toilet. Fuel pressure would stop raising with boost. Ended up being a small tear in the diaphragm. Pull the vacuum line off while its running and see if any fuel dribbles from the port. 👍

I really like seeing cars modified that stick out from the crowd. Refreshing seeing 3800 v6 modified. Although not really rare, just not as abundant. I have a 3.8 bk2 Genesis coupe, put headers, intake, and exhaust. I’m looking to go e85 and get a tune. I also have a Elantra N. I like just going with different stuff, or the underdog. You with weak fueling and full street trim are keeping pace with a modern car made to be fast and have around 620whp off the showroom floor with two extra cylinders and all aspects of boost pretty well taken care of from the factory... New subscriber so new set of eyes. So if I understand correctly, the 255 to keep the surge tank full. From there since you have a tuner, I personally from a LS standpoint would set it up as the 255 feeding the cooler, from the cooler to the surge tank and then to a HIGH QUALITY fuel pressure regulator and modify the fuel rails to accept fuel from all 4 corners and cut that crossover piece and weld on a fitting to both individual fuel rails and use that to the return line. You should be able to get a dual outlet fuel pressure regulator and split that into the 4 lines feeding the rail. Now, with that 255 sending it through the cooler and into the surge tank, I believe you said that 1 of the 525 is running and the other on a switch when it sees boost or whatever. You have a "booster pump" setup, can't you wire and tune it so when it sees 5,500 turn on that second 525 WITH the booster pump kicking on all 3 pumps? Putting the 525's AND the 255 in overdrive? The surge tank has a return if it's too full, so having that crammed with cold fuel, pumping everything the 2 525's can do pushing against that bad*ss fuel pressure regulator which is feeding the new fuel rail with the returns in the center going back to the tank with the return from the surge tank as well. Won't be "pretty" with the weird fuel rails(s), but I think the problem might be between the regulator and fuel injectors. Just my theory. I'll probably watch another video and end up eating everything, but it's just what popped in my head watching it. Lol

Are you on E85? Your pump and injectors are more than adequate for 600whp the issues seems like the stock fuel lines. 3/8 line can only support about 600bhp on gasoline. Surge tank is the way to go, good call on the fuel cooler, efi vapor lock is a real thing that no one talks about.

I got a question my ac doesn’t work I have 04 Monte Carlo ss 3800 non supercharger how to get my ac to work I heard replacing both condenser and compressor will fix it

if its not blowing cold it could possibly be a compressor. if you want to check, whenever you turn on your ac you should be able to hear the compressor click on and physically see it spin on. if it doesnt turn on then your compressor could be bad and if it does then the ac system could possibly be low on refrigerant.

Bruh that gauge is not accurate at all check your logs if you have a standalone I wouldn’t ever trust that kinda gauge it’s not right at all it’s a ballpark figure at best
