I just bought this same set up! My friend has it and used it for oils and I thought I’d give oil a try. I figured I could use it for both. What a beautiful day to paint!

@KerriBerry that's so great, you will have to let me know how you like it! Thank you so much. It works great for watercolors so I believe it will work for both for you! It was a beautiful day, I may have gotten a bit sunburned. 😜 But it felt so good to get outside!!

That's so cool you live near the great salt lake. I live in Utah too. And I'm also a watercolor artist but I usually use reference pictures instead. I have recently started to get into the plain air painting. I work downtown at turn city center for the arts. If you've got time you should totally check out them out they except volunteers. And I love it here. They are an art center for the disabled adults and I love working there. I have a physical disability so I lov it here at Turn center for the arts. You should totally try and volunteer here if you have the time. If not i understand.

When I visited SLC and saw the salt lake, there were so many spiders! Kinda creeped me out. I take it they're not in season now?

Oh wow, that would freak me out.😳 I didn't see any spiders where I was.
