It's not just that, there's more to it than just the live service thing.

This game was going to kill rocksteady no matter what. If its successful? Then just like bungie this is the only game rocksteady will make, once the game is so old that it needs a suicide squad 2, that would be their next game. And if it fails? Then the team gets gutted, it becomes either a support studio for one of WB other cash cows, or it just unceremoniously gets shut down. Either way tons of people who worked at rocksteady because they wanted to make single player games are either fired or quit, replaced by inexperienced people who wanted to make single player games, who either leave or get fired. Still, pretty on brand for WB management all things considered

This game is the epitome of doing everything wrong. Rocksteady has lost its soul. All of the old guard have left and now the studio is full of people who don't seem to care for the lore.

I don’t blame them. Looter shooter is a dream market. Look at the massive excitement behind games like Once Human, The Day Before, and The First Descendant. People are frothing at the mouth for a decent looter shooter

Actually a bunch grew back. Imagine taking a deli slicer and cutting off your thumb nail and half an inch of flesh beneath it. But i got super lucky. The cut ended like a mm above the bone and i didn't cut off the part of the nail that grows back. So in 6 weeks most of the meat has grown back. Obviously i don't have a nail yet. It's also all numb and tingly. It was gruesome man. Blood literally spurting on my windshield while i drove to the hospital. Then i needed a bunch of stiches to pull meat together to close the wound. Awful!

It's definitely worth a gamepass play. I even think 35 bucks is a pretty fair price. The combat is pretty fun but the missions are so repetitive.

Lol. Yeah that was trash. The first flash was ok. Batman was decent. Green lantern was annoying. Superman was fine. I'll give the bosses a C+ overall. But that might just be because it was FINALLY not doing a public event for a few minutes

I am loving this game. As a 38 year old gamer I don't worry about youtuber bullshit. This game has GREAT personality. It's great when the hordes start to kick in! All the characters are fun, and the animation is the absolute best!
