Hi Maxime, Thanks for the video! Would it be easier to put the points, plans and lines a several lists and use it to create the PC instead of selecting them manually in each PC? (or maybe this option wasn't available in R19?)

I do not understand your language. But I understand that removing and adding cutouts is a very tedious process. Is it possible to do this automatically?

Hello Aidar, Well PowerCopy is already a way to make it faster, since you save a bunch a feature in one only. But yes indeed there are way to make it even more automatic using scripting. If you are interested it that, you can have a look at this article :) plmtechnology.no/2016/10/17/introduction-to-programming-in-catia-v5/

Please make a video on prismatic joint and give mechanism to it so that the joint should reciprocate w.r.t to another body

@@MaximeChagnot I m already a subscriber of you just wanted to learn on mechanism ,if possible ,make a video on all the joints like prismatic ,spherical ,revolute ,planar ,and e.t.c ,whatever joints are there in the mechanical system design app

Thank you for subscribing!! You will learn more about mechanism in 3DExperience. In the future video, I will show different engineering connections such as prismatic, revolute and gear. It will not be a list showing all of them, but more a video explaining some concept, how to use it? how to set up a command? how to add a motor? how to animate the mechanism? etc. I make a video for a large audience, the idea behind the channel is to educate users. Hope you will like it!

Hello Dinesh, thank you for your comment. This video is actually industry oriented (from customer scenario). This is a double curved sheet metal part containing a special type of cutout from a machine. The part is designed curved and the holes are position around it and flatten the part at the end. Powercopy allows you to save an assembly of feature (commands) and reuse them to create quickly a complex shape. It is used especially for repetitive tasks. Another example could be for plastic clips or a plastic/rubber profile. (watch this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/jWrNpGd3rZuCp6s )

Is it right to use spline in industrial design as you created in this profile?
