I like Rappa. There aren't many "passionate" man that likes a good fight and I always like those kinds of characters. It's because they are thrill-seekers and in life, there aren't things that give you thrills such as a fight. MMA (Mix-Martial-Art) is fun but not for most people. People don't like to get hurt or be exposed to danger. Someone like Rappa having to fight for their life is probably what gives him that thrill.

Fun fact: her character is inspired by Croatian MMA fighter Mirko "Cro cop" Filipović who was known for his powerful highkicks. His moto was "Right kick hospital, left kick cemetery". In this story Mirko wears a tiger mask in reference to the prowrestler of the same name, but the real life Mirko Cro cop Filipović was nicknamed "the Croatian Tiger" when he first started as a kickboxer. I highly recomend you check out his highlights and read up on his backstory. He has lived an exciting life and had an awsom run in MMA and Kickboxing wining multiple tournaments like a real life anime protagonist!

What I love about Vigilante series, is that it shows how forgiving the community and heroes are about the people who break the law using their quirks. We see people get in fights and use their quirk all the time. But long as someone isn't doing anything super dangerous or malicious they kind of just give them a stern warning and let them off, or look the other way. The rules in MHA world have always been way to strict on people if you really think about it. But at least you know they are enforced heavy handedly

One of the awesome things about Vigilante series is how we see how lax heroes and law enforcement are about enforcing the law. Everything we hear and see about rules in MHA universe are super strict. but in Vigilante series you see how understanding the police and heroes are when they see people use their quirks when they aren't supposed to. You dont see a person use a simple quirk like Sliding and gliding then a hero comes out of nowhere and slams your face into concrete and beats the Fck out of you then arrest you note: Also it doesn't surprise me that Rappa offered up half the prize money + Bonus. Honestly it feels exactly like him. From what we have seen of him all that amtters is money, hes not greedy or an jerk for anything in particular.
