PLS-SEM (9): Second-order PLS-SEM in SmartPLS || Reflective to Formative modeling

This videos starts with second-order PLS-SEM in SmartPLS using reflective second-order construct. The results indicate suitability of formative second-order construct which was then estimated. Second-order modelling is also refereed as hierarchical modeling in PLS-SEM.

Reflective ones following reflective criteria and formative ones following formative criteria

But VIF of the outer model is greater than 3.3, why u still said it is good?
