Taking a -1 or more to get more points elsewhere feels very ICRPG, but also seems dangerous!

I really dislike the idea of "Flaws" in the extra point sense. Instead, I borrow from the 5e PHB and each character has an Ideal, Bond and Flaw. Hero Coins are given when a character behaves towards one of those three. Sometimes, I'll even offer a Hero Coin to "bribe" a character to follow their flaw when everyone knows it'll be a problem.
