On the amazon link for the Accumulator tank it says it is already pre pressurized to 30PSI, but you also pressurized it?

Could you do a video with sound? I would want to hear the noise level before doing this

So you definitely need an accumulator even with the fleet be5000 I saw pics of jut the Flo jet without accumulation

Yes I think it’s pretty necessary

How loud is the flowjet and how often is it cycling to refill the accumulator?

How often should Flojet pump be kicking in? I have mine setup with pressurized tank and usually it will toggle on every second shot or near the end of shot.

Sounds about right if you’re not using a big tank to buffer the pressure. That sounds about as much as mine does, maybe a bit more. It’s only a problem if you’re not getting consistent pressure on your machine

Thanks for the reply man. I have been told different levels of psi for accumulator tank. Some suggest 20psi others say the pre pressurized 10psi it comes with is good and now I see yours is 30-40psi? Unfortunately I must have damaged my tank because it no longer holds air and I ordered a new one. Although the tank says it can withstand up to 125psi. I will be re doing my system here in the coming days with new tank. What is your static line pressure indicated on your brew gauge? When pump kicked in, it will raise line pressure to 3 bar. I am concerned because profitec recommends only .5-2 bar of line pressure. Sorry to bombard you with questions.

How did you determine 30-40psi for the accumulator tank? Currently mapping out a setup for my Pro700. I have the Flojet…I just have to acquire fittings and debating whether or not to add accumulator tank. Can you share your experience?

Does your espresso machine have a rotary or vibration pump? I know vibration pump machines can’t be plumbed because of the pressure but I was wondering if this could be a work around instead of plumbing?

his Quick Mill Vetrano cost over $2500... it has a rotary pump
