When you have plumbing insurance you have peace of mind knowing that when you have an issue it will all be sorted so you haven't got to worry about the costs involved in sorting your plumbing problem out right? Well when our customer tried to make a claim it was a different story, do you agree with the insurance company here?

As far as callbacks go plumbers expect to have one or two minor issues and most are easily rectified its more the inconvenience for the customer and yourselves having to go back...however there are some callbacks that when you get the news as a plumber your heart sinks and all-sorts start going through your head..find out why we didn't post on Thursday and what the callback is
Also coming up we have a poor design on a ferrolli boiler which makes this boiler repair that little bit harder, see how we overcome that
We had a small callback that was our own fault, take a look how we sorted that problem out
