This has always been my favorite house in Sunset Valley. I don’t know why, there’s just something so comforting and nostalgic about it to me. This is very different to how I’ve renovated it, but I love what you did with it! Tbh I haven’t built in Sims 3 much even though I’ve played it constantly for literally as long as I can remember, but after rebuilding almost all of Windenburg for my save in Sims 4 I’ve improved a lot when it comes to building and have been kind of inspired to try to build in Sims 3. Now I think I might start with renovating this house again, so thank you for giving me some extra inspiration!❤️

I love how cozy your builds and renovations look! They are actually houses I can see myself living in, if that makes sense. I'm will be free from work soon, so maybe I'll download the house and play a bit of sims 3 :D

You've done it again!!! that walk out basement has me salivating!! your builds always make me want to go in and build something just as spectacular as yours always are but then I remember....I suck at building 😅 also yes to the supernatural pack having some good b/b! I'm not an occult player so I held off on buying supernatural for YEARS (think I bought it in 2019 just to finish of my EP collection. I didn't realize there were so many good build/buy items in that pack. witches are my jam now tho!

I love this renovation! I think my favorite part is the backyard/outdoor living space. I could see my simself spending all my time out there. Oh, and the "basement covers" are called storm cellar doors. ;)

There's a Super Hamper mod that can correct the hamper-everything aspect from having that in your lot. Might help you enjoy this activity more!

I just discovered your videos. And I just subscribed to your channel. And I am renovating Sunset Valley. I have just redone Mosquito Cove thanks to your previous video. I never did like it. I had originally bulldozed the lot, and put a house from my library in its place. And now I just recreated my own version of Mosquito Cove. Now I must go back and redo El Urban Sprawl. I made it bigger but no basement. I may try that, thank you. And maybe even use some of your ideas. Thanks for the videos.

@@plumdot thank you friend. I just finished El Urban Sprawl. I used your kitchen and office idea and did put in a basement. I'd already reno'd urban sprawl previously. So I just deleted the two extra rooms i'd added to the house. And put my kitchen and office there too. I'd always kept the kitchen in its original place in the house, before. I did keep the original paint scheme for the house, inside and out. But replaced the roof pattern with a CC pattern.

how do you change roof heights individually?

There's a button next to the remove all roofs button and if you hover over the roof you want to change, it will highlight so you know which piece you're moving.
