I woke up saturday to it *dumping* snow so apparently it's not ready for Spring here, either LOL LOVE the octagon table setup! This is so fun, I am with you - waste of the lot and the view to not have a basement and utilize the lower yard Y'know what, you mesh just as many styles together as you want, it always turns out beyoootifully! Really love that master bed with the full windowed view! I'd love to have that even for my mountain views :)
