He performed a free form Taiji routine. The application shown for each move is only one of many which can be utilized in each form.I like Dong style it expresses in the rendition of the long form the roundness and tightness needed for proper application.

It's not a free form routine. It's the 37 essential movements played on both sides. All forms\postures of yang style have multiple applications (at least they should) Thank you for your comment.

Its like catching mosquitos, but looks powerful and effective, dance of death that has power to destroy the opponents in a second!

Lee Ying Arng learned tai chi from Tung Yin Chieh first besides other teachers. Tung's Tai Chi mark is evident in all his moves.

I was also going to say his movements are very Tung-like. Cool style.

Whats in the bottle? Lee's Snakeoils extraction! Use it to break bricks, exact vengeance or have fun with rhe neighborhood thugs. Im just kidding, but ive heard of oils being used after hardening exercises to keep the tendons limber. Any clue what herbs are they using?

No idea. I'm into Tai-chi soft hands not Iron Palm. That being said Lee Ying Arng did publish a famous book on Iron Palm, the recipe is probably in there (or maybe just the ads) but the book is rare and costs a fortune. Anyway he probably sold snake oil to boost his income. ... everybody has to make a living.. you know what I mean...!

@@petersnowtaichi Yeah i saw your demos/instructions(thanks for posting) I've been taught & practice the same way, I get curious when I see iron palm in an internal curricula. I did a search and found FE Palm in 100 Days, and found lots of ads for snake oil, 😁My teacher would always admonish us on not going down the "shao lin route", but did have an advanced instruction on internal iron shirt training.

Kung fu moves cannot be used in real fighting. Kung fu is a movement that involves handling weapons.

Kung fu means hard work so your comment is quite generic
