Plunderstorm 2025! It's BACK and I did a run through because I love you all!

I think I played 4 or 5 runs, and used my abilities a lot. It helped move things along faster, got me used to them, etc. I felt like they cooled down fast enough I wasn’t too worried about getting in PvP without something ready. I hope you get everything you want fast! 😃

I definitely think using the abilities more often is a better way to go! It seemed like it was not too bad to get some plunder for the rewards. I feel compelled to get the mounts for sure, but I like the pets, too! I'm kind of glad I suffered last year, though, so I don't HAVE to do a ton this year! It wasn't horrible, but.... I have other things I want to accomplish in the same time frame. So, we'll have to see how it goes! ;)

I played for the first time last night. My strategy was to level up and boost my skills as quickly as possible so I could hold my own in PvP. Once I got a few levels, I started watching for other players just getting done with another fight and then jumping in and fighting them before they could heal. Yeah, it’s kinda dirty but if I don’t kill then, they’ll eventually come after me 🤷🏻‍♀️ Trying to land on an elite is a great strategy to level you up quick at the beginning. I didn’t think about that before. And elites only have 50 health. I’ve found that the chests and stuff spawn closer to buildings at the beginning. And the red zones start with purple chests that have significantly stronger abilities for starting out.

@@claireleighamess That's interesting about the red zones having the purple chests! I was thinking they had a reason they were red... and now that makes sense so more people will go there, and there will be more pvp. I think I will keep with my strategy of hitting the elite for now because it worked out well today when I was able to get a little higher level, and I got jumped by someone thinking they would finish me off.... but because I was a higher level and hadn't actually taken damage, I defended myself well. So, I like the leveling up faster for sure. I just need to be able to survive to get my plunder! ;)

Since I know you.... I know that you will not like this. You do not like to have people chase you down and you don't want to go jump into the storm. So, you probably will not like this event. Yes, the storm is "bad" if you are trying to survive, but... if you're trying to run into it so no one can get your plunder, then it's good! hahaha
