If anything, it just makes him more likeable to players who don't know anything about him, especially since he's a 1*. He is litteraly just a weak immature kid forced into a position of power, knowing full well that his older sister is many times stronger and more capable than him. Him looking down on himself and looking up to Nobunaga so much is why, in RL(/his NP), he sacrificed himself to make her look better and gain his position, and, as a servant, he basically simps for her as an underling
