@ my job used to be a relaxed environment. The people I support loved their home and the staff. There were only two regular staff and a floater who will help out if needed. Now the dynamics of the home have shifted changed, five staff and clients that should have been placed in a different type home. I’m done!!! The company is all about filling beds instead of providing the right environment for all. The changes started very slowly after Covid.
