Good morning, Ellie, and thank you! 💜 The disruption may be the collapse of the global financial system. It's teetering on the brink. Just think of the implications: we'll have to rethink production, distribution of goods and services, etc. However, I don't see another way out of the current dilemma. How can we defend a system in which people benefit from other people's misery (the military-industrial complex, for instance)? Or where we gauge the "health" of the economy in terms of consumer spending? It's all upside down. We need to create a world in which the goal is to satisfy the needs of the earth and its inhabitants, not one in which the end of production is profit.

A basic Aquarius thing is that it is: The last of the 3 Air Signs! So the penultimate human mind….(Air) Also it is the Fixed aspect of Air- so not fiery, not morphing, but central core, and stable. And, The water being poured represents Spirit! Something to aspire to. Evolved enough to be a vessel for truth.

Hi Ellie, i'm confused. Everyone is saying Pluto is in Aquarius, but according to "the sky live" website, Pluto is still in Capricorn. I've recently learned that the planets are not where our current astrology charts say they are. Something to do with the spin of our galaxy and its movement through the cosmos. So my question is this: If this is true, where are our planets actually located, and should we consider Pluto's placement and that it has more time to go before it is in Aquarius? I'm just very lost on this subject. Thanks.

Tropical astrology seems to work on archetypal energies and is based on that, somewhat like Tarot. Not sure why, but Tropical (Western) astrology seems to work if enough other indications are added to the mix, such as asteroids, midpoints, etc. Sidereal is simpler and uses the actual positions of the planets in the “sky.” It seems to get the point faster and cleaner. I have been a Tropical astrologer for over 50 years and am now and Sidereal convert.

I saw a conversation on the astrology podcast about Pluto in Aquarius. They looked at the lessons from the last time Pluto was in Aquarius. According to them, it would also be nice if AI taught us how to talk to dolphins or other animals. They also talked about the renewed power of China but also of Russia. Then it was about Uranus in Pisces. Here too they looked to the past. American Revolution, Civil War and WWII. I'm curious to see what the cards have to say. Thanks Ellie. 😊❤

May I also suggest that Pluto in Aquarius might reveal a shift in the paradigm around social issues, an awakening of a social justice conscience, a trying/testing of our values and morals regarding our treatment of our fellow human beings--and all beings in general, and a new awareness and realignment of our attitudes and practices. As for Uranus in Gemini: I have Uranus in Gemini (late in the sign) in the Eleventh House of my natal chart, and I have always thought it related to the whole complex of the internet, of online friendships and associations, communication through electricity (so phones, computers, etc.), revelations in the social media spheres. Easter in 2026 is on April 5!

Hi Ellie, you most likely already know of Steve Judd, but I watched a vid this am about Pluto in Aquarius, and to say astrology in complicated is an understatement. I have really intense dreams frequently and last night I saw our sun but at times another 2 and then 3 in the sky and there was some sort of radiation and a death-ray-laser-beam thing that was endangering areas and people and animals. It was entirely weird and suspect symbology but eventually the evil danger was reflected back to the sender and there was 'serenity' and inter-species understanding. Perhaps in 2-3 moon cycles we get rid of evil, hopefully, or those mush sat's.

Pluto is in Capricorn according to Vedic astrology.

I googled if the outer planets matter in Vedic Astrology. This was the first answer I got. "No in Vedic Astrology, the outer planets (Uranus, Neptune, and Pluto) are generally not considered significant." Not sure how accurate that is It is google after all. But everything I've seen seems to lean toward the outer planets not mattering that much in Vedic Astrology.

Not just Vedic, plain Sidereal uses the actual positions of the planets in the “sky”, too. Simpler than Vedic, but I do love the additional cycles in our lives that Vedic adds.

Where Pluto is depends on whether you are looking at Tropical astrology or Sidereal astrology. Sidereal uses the REAL position of the planets in the “sky”. Tropical does not. It it 24degrees (as of this year) off of the actual position. So, Pluto is really in Capricorn and won’t enter Aquarius for, I think, 17 years. Oddly, Tropical astrology still seems to have some relevancy in the world. Mysteries abound.

Astrology is an evidence-based discipline. So I don't doubt that the author's reasoning for not including delineations for Pluto in certain signs is that it hadn't happened in recent history so, barring conjecture, there would be no way to know for sure how it would behave in those signs.

Furthermore, it's unclear from your quote, but I suspect that the author was talking about Pluto in the birthchart, since that's what most people want to read about, as opposed to its mundane effect. How a planet in a sign will affect a native is even more of a mystery, (than mundane astrology), if there are no living people with that placement. And, no living reader would be interested in reading about placements that aren't current, since nobody they know would have that placement. (A planet in a sign is never called a "lineup" BTW, that would imply the involvement of two or more planets.)

Ellie, I love your channel, and I appreciate the invitation you extended at the end of this video. I haven't given much thought to upcoming Saturn/Neptune, (interestingly, there are people living today with that natal lineup), but you might want to look into the opposition between Pluto and Mars that's currently happening, and will be for a while, since Mars is set to go retrograde, (there will be 3 exact oppositions). A lot of what's currently going on could be traced back to that aspect. I'm finding your description of Pluto's ingress and stay in Aquarius to be a bit overarching and... I dunno - negative? So much so, that one of your readers spoke about a "dawn of a new day" in 2044. Obviously, that's not how it works! Pluto in any sign brings gifts AND challenges. If you haven't already, you might want to check out Adam Elenbaas over at Nightlight Astrology. It's my current favorite astrology channel. Best wishes!
