I’ve got a double whammy of pluto in scorpio trine moon in pisces with my boyfriend. we’re both scorpio plutos and pisces moons, and actually our moons are conjunct too, as are our plutos. for me, it’s a 9th house moon, 5th house pluto, and for him, it’s a 3rd house moon and an 11th house pluto. we feel a very deep emotional connection, like we actually know each other at a soul level. we’re very supportive with each other regarding each others traumas, and we met each other at a time I was dealing with an emotional trauma and that demanded a lot of patience and understanding from my partner. he has a very calming effect on me, like I “recharge” and relax, and I enjoy his attentiveness. he says I’m very nurturing and loving. We both have this aspect in our individual charts.

Trauma bond for sure! Had a synastry where their Moon in Scorpio was conjunct my Pluto in Scorpio. And Scorpio was their 2nd dominant sign, while Pluto was the 2nd dominant planet in my chart. Talk about trauma attachment. The process of disconnecting was one of the hardest! Ironically, while I was trauma attached to that connection, I was also going through the transit Venus conjunct Pluto, and Pluto transiting my 1st house. So many lessons learned, in a heavily intense, transformative way. And I already have Lilith and Pluto in Scorpio, Sun & Moon square Pluto, Venus sextile Pluto, and Moon in the 8th house, in my birth chart. Currently going through the transit Mercury conjunct Pluto, so this helped to make even more sense of that connection, unpacking the trauma bond dynamics, and letting go of the connection. Wish I had known this a few years ago.... I had this aspect with an ex who hurt me for years on and off. It completely destroyed me and hurt more than any other experience on an emotional and psychological level... constant pain and trigger for me. Their Pluto squared my moon. I have Pluto conjunct Venus in Scorpio in my birth chart and this guy I like has Moon in Scorpio. When I did our synastry it doesn't appear as a Pluto conjunct Moon though. Does it still have the same effects since it is in the same sign?

I think for Moon you can always use a generously wide orb, just not sure how same or different the effects would be vs. a close conjunction

Exactly, this means that the person is always doomed with all the potential age-appropriate partners. Seems the only way how to escape this aspect, is to look for big age differences in partners either up or down. That sucks.

Then I personally like being the Pluto with someone from a different generation, and has planets that are good with a stellum (or a planet) residing there. You probably experienced all the annoying case scenarios by school, so I would look or feel out other places in the chart for compatibility.

So I’m seeing someone who has moon opposite Pluto and Venus square Pluto natal and in our synastry chart we have moon opposite Pluto, mars opposite Pluto, Venus square Pluto and mercury square Pluto… Any advice on how to treat this situation ? I’ve thought about trying to be really understanding but at the same time in don’t want to let them walk all over me and gain control over me 😬 I know there’s going to be a lot of power struggles. We also have some very nice placements in each others 7th houses that could balance all this crazy energy out but I’m kind of worried about jumping into this situation.

i agree with jake. unless you too have hard pluto aspects in your natal like he does. also check the houses. a lot of the dysfunction you may not even notice as pluto is largely subconscious. the good thing is no hard aspects to sun from pluto. i would check the flowing aspects between venus and moon and also the composite

Im the pluto person he is the moon person our chart our chart is kind of intense his lilith is conjunct with my ascendant and my lilith is conjunct with his sun 0 orb and we have a pluto opposite moon our relationship is kind of taboo im always the one that initiating and he is always the one giving up and just follows everything i say but i did always tell him to not trust me and run away because i know i have issues but he just doesnt he knows my past and everything but he accepts it im still confused since were not even dating..

But us who has natal moon Pluto conjunction is really used to this energy though… doesnt that play a role here? Im close to mastering it internally somewhat, and it helps bring really aware of its social effects. I, as the moon person, have experienced to be subjekct of alot of obsession from guys ect. Not vice versa

I am Pluto square his moon and trine his sun. I think it is too intense for him too. He chased me for like 2 years before I gave in and now he tries to not get too close. It is devastating. I have tried to be aware of my Pluto (I have natal Pluto square moon) and not be all of the negative things but I guess that still didn't work.
