Great video, such attention to detail! I'm thinking of just rivet nutting my ply ceiling to the van metal roof beams; do you think this could be a bad idea? Thanks

The hardest part was shaping the central pieces. If I were to do it again I would simplify the process. You’d get away with keeping those battens shorter. Fix them up in the same manner with the long coach bolts but after your insulation board is up just use some expanding foam (closed cell) to fill the gaps where the tapered ends would have been before you put up the ceiling panel. I have a huge bag of those coach bolts so drop me a message on instagram if you want me to post you some as the bag is like £20 😂
