RACKING out my VAN | How did I do it? FORD Transit Connect.

I recently got a new Ford Transit Connect van. The existing racking that was in it was awful! So while I'm packing up for the GRAND Dandy Lion move and the new workshop; I decided to give racking ago.
The timber was simple 6" planks with 18mm sheathing bolted on top. I made massive use of the WOLFCRAFT undercover jig. Which I have to say was a massive help!
I've never done racking before but I think it turned out well. If you have any comments on how to improve or just want to send some support make sure to leave a comment.

4:56 Always use cardboard or some sort of stiff corrugated plastic like they use for yard signs, paper is too wimpy to make an effective template.

Nice try on your first attempt at racking your van out. It won't be your last as you'll find yourself changing things around as the way you work changes and you get better ideas. Who build the original racking , stevie wonder.
