A small correction NALANDA university (around 1500-1600 years old) is older than Islam but younger than Chrisitianity which is around 2000 years old which even came to India around 52 A.D via St. Thomas the apostle of Christ. Also questionable are claims that teachers and students came from Japan and Central Asia. The only foreign students were from Tibet, China and Korea. What comes naturally will also be a success. Guaranteed. The spending on education over the years has been dismal. However, India was still ahead in spending on education compared to other nations of the subcontinent. A 6% spending is reasonable, but 10% would do the trick. Special Status for BIHAR is must with some better way than current structure of Union of Indian States , as for as Nalanda in BIHAR SHAREEF is under rstoration, the academic reason of its destruction still under discussion, I have visited it in 25 years back and have clear views from local as well documentation that it was destroyed by Conspiracy of Brahmanical order which has been Ethnic cleaning the Region started from Kerala by then Shankaracharya Rath yatra which was replicated in 1989 by Advani Rath yatra which was stopped by Lalu Yadav in Bihar itself , the repeat of Cultural Ethnic cleansing by Hindutva forces were stopped then for 30 years , till 2014, the time continues with the flow of Ganges .
