The Pokédex entries part of this competition made me laugh, because I remembered Mikey covered it in his Scarlet and Violet dex entries video, since all the deerling forms got different entries. I knew right away it was deerling, but I didn't remember which form it was, and found it to be hilarious when Mikey remembered that the different forms got different entries.

I don't know how but they always, somehow make these competitions so close. Even if one of them gets an early lead they other usually finds a way to come back and make the ending nerve wracking. I think part of it is just that PM7 will throw for humor (ex, bringing Feesh to the "catch a team to beat the champion" fights) if he's not under pressure. So Mikey will typically pick up an early lead, and then John gets serious, so things get tighter?
