After trying a similar series out during my streams I knew I needed to attempt a Pokemon Platinum Extreme Randomizer Nuzlocke on the channel! While this run will have the same rules as any regular Pokemon Randomizer Nuzlocke, the Randomized part is where things get a bit crazy. Pretty much everything beyond Pokemon base stats has been randomized and you'll never know what we will be going up against next! Hey, if you want some more static encounters, driftloon should appear at valley windworks on Thursday, rotom is in the tv from 8pm to 4am, and spiritomb needs you to greet 32 people underground so you can't get that. There are no other non legend static encounters or goft pokemon beside the riolu egg from Riley on iron island.

I have played through Diamond, Pearl and Platinum dozens of times as a kid, and I have NEVER used a Garchomp on my team. I mostly played Diamond a dozen times, Platinum twice, maybe, and then Pearl once, so I was used to Gible not being accessible until after you get Strength, and maybe thought it was the same in Platinum so I never went there until after and then forgot. My team in gen 4 pretty much always consisted of Infernape, Staraptor, Luxray, Gyarados, Lucario and then a 6th mon that I don't remember, maybe Dialga, maybe something different in each run, but nothing that I can recall. I had never even used a Roserade until my Brilliant Diamond hardcore Nuzlocke, and Roselia in my Platinum Nuzlocke the year before BDSP, I think. It died in Platinum. :< So I have absolutely no experience with Garchomp, despite being a genfourer.

If the game was generated by the use of the Universal Pokemon Randomizer, regardless on how you change the Abilities, Shedinja will *always* have Wonder Guard (even in an Gen 5 game, its Hidden Ability would also be Wonder Guard).

With the randomiser you're using, Shedinja cannot have anything but Wonder Guard. I've done 2 randomisers with this and it had Wonder Guard both times.

Can you add thedeath counter on the layout please? I wanna see the number of deaths with a skull icon next to it or perhaps a coffin/gravestone icon maybe? Most randomizer nuzlockes have death counters on the layout display so that we know how many mons have KOd in the run, if there will be a death montage after the nuzlocke has ended.

Ghost normal typing is actually really good offensively and defensively hitting everything at least neutrally except dark steel and dark rock types which is limited to bisharp and tyranitar as for its defensive prowess it is only weak to dark type attacks with an immunity to three types and two resistances making it one of the best duel types in the game
