Just got this in. How would one fix a lid opening error? The igniter keeps hitting the lid as it heats up. Lid will not open for entry.

Why the measurement is alway aborted with notification there is flas outside cup? and it can't measure flaspoint below 25 degrees celcius? coz it alwas aborted
