Sorry for the long reply. I had this issue on a Jet2 737 version I used the other week. It wasn’t one of my normal ones and I was quite confused about it. So as much as I would like to give you answer… I’m honestly stumped myself. What I recommend doing is to fly without the APU. This is possible.

My wx radar doesnt work i am on p3d v5.1 but terrain works

If you aircraft is cracked, then it's normal because you won't have WXR. Also you need a good weather engine like Active Sky which provides required information for Weather Radar.
