Great video and thanks to _Heather_ for sharing knowing people are bound to be judging... this is the Internet! I'm glad we all have Tavern problems (I also spent a few hundred thousand gems getting a Duty Officer I needed - *Toyotomi* that _Heather_ has a red star on and isn't using (!)... and my *Martinus* is still stuck on 1 red star because I can't get the fragments. And, yes, I have better Cav Generals than him BUT they aren't in the Tavern/Relics etc so it's even more difficult to get fragments when I've reached their 'initial maximum' - oh, plus I have Skins for all my main Tavern/Relic Generals and that does make some difference! Overall though, given I'm K37 (3.6B; top heavy troops I think is why I'm high power compared to Keep level) I can take away a lot from your advice... my only significant difference being no Wonder 1 so lack of Dragon access (or Ares+ Armour). I had bookmarked this video to watch, but it took me a while to get the time to watch it knowing that it was going to be an hour, but this was very introspective for me. I'm also K39 at 2.5B power, and so dang close to K40 - just need next consuming event to pull the trigger. However, I have only about 10% of the amount of troops. In a "super alliance" on server 961 with two K44 players plus a bunch of other K40+, so I've been playing for a while. Unfortunately, I rarely get to play battlefields due to my alliance normally selecting an early morning slot. When I do, I'm one of the "small" players who gets zeroed after one or two hits. I've been thinking to switch to one of the few remaining small alliances still left on the server who normally does BF later in the day. We havent had a merger yet. Anyway... thanks for the video. Long time viewer of your channel. Your videos have been very helpful!

Dear Aka, I admire your patience and restraint. This lady can consider herself lucky that you took a look at her keep, and not me. Rarely seen a keep at that level (and consider also that she invests an average of US$200 per month) with such poor buffs/de-buffs. Not a single duty/sub general at at least senior level. Skill books are for decoration, refining is also just decoration and her troop build is “special” so to speak. An average well built k35 will happily burn her in 2 hits, painful and on the other hand humorous to see. I hope you told her to wait a few months with a k40 until she has at least reached the level of a mature k38. This video just proves again how differently people play a game. As for spiritual beasts, missed chapter on Chimera perhaps? Reason you skipped the Champions? If you take away her ma3 she is at keep level of a moderate k32. I hope she understood something about your intentions to help her but am afraid she will be another k40 which can be used as bait during SVS or other battles because for some else its not usable.

My recommendation would be to level up her duty generals - at k39 monarch 40 she should be looking at super level only

It's so easy to level them too, most were like level 22, hit a gold city with them, then do some cultivation and they're at Super. I had all mine at Super by K32 (I'm K35 now). Menshikov takes a lot of time off building at the higher levels.

I got 415 log in days. exactly 1B power K33, boudica 10 stars w/7.4M power for wall with parthian set minus helmet. isaac brock as assistant. 110M tier 1 mounted, 3M tier 1 ground, 900K tier 13 ground, 600K tier 13 range, 1.4M tier 12 ground, 1.7M tier 12 range...low layers mostly other tiers and types. 2 baldwins, 2 hōjōs, jackson, mansa, nero and darius in my cities. need blood of ares for more ascensions. let me know if you want to pimp my keep! love your content. thanks bruh.

Absolutely the best point is she HASN'T SCREWED IT UP YET. 😂😂 However this makes me feel so freaking old (sTVerver low 500's pre k40) My r5 and r4s would have booted me if I tried to go above k34 with those refines . My military academy doesn't have designated general too 😂 there's no tavern gen for it and I do MA research by batches anyway. I just put my strongest general that can reach super level, change culture, activate dragon skills, switch monarch gear and civ gear and research my heart away. Then i remove that general.

really good idea and video, she needs a lot of work. She starts off by saying shes not a trap keep but after looking at her keep (500m t1 cavs), she is a trap keep. But i think you needed some help with this as there were a few things, tbh there was so much, that could've been addressed. For example, you looked at her blazons but actually didn't look at them. I've seen players in my alliance using blazons that have troop load, training capacity, monster attack (seige, ground, range) that you shouldve actually verified what her blazons actually looked like. Many people don't understand blazons, even though you and many others have put out videos talking about how to use them. Most of her blazons also appeared to be lvl 8, so she was slowly upgrading them evenly when the there is a big boost (usually useless, thanks evony) that can be obtained from getting them to lvl 10. I wouldve suggested upgrading them to lvl 10 at least to determine if they need to be rerolled. If you get a good roll at lvl 10, than imo it would be worth upgrading to lvl 15 even if its just the one blazon. Lots of buffs available there as well. This game has so much and they release new content all the time with no descriptions and very poor instructions on what to do with it. Most of the time you just have to make the mistakes and figure it out. I think you touched on the advance refining but since she hasn't done any of them from what i saw, she may not understand what needs to be done. I would suggest she reroll all the refines and lock all gold refines just to open up the advance refining on the civ gear, once its unlocked than she can continue on with pallas event and get the rolls she actually needs. Also, since she hasn't unlocked t14 cav and seige, at k40 this is amazing, i think she should unlock these to add the layers. I thought you wouldve told her the same but perhaps you have a different opinion. I understand she thinks she don't have the buffs for seige etc, but adding the additional layer to her defense of cav/seige i think would only be beneficial to her defense. She doesn't need to build a lot, 100k of each. This would also help with her attack marches with additional layering even if sending only 1k of each type. I think you did great keeping positive and encouraging her continued growth. BTW, check out the new update for the march tower and you can filter out alert notifications so you can actually see real rallies being set on you, next video :)

Aka i think she need to replace her wall general I know she already developed her wall general and assistant if possible replace them teach + isaac brock will be perfect .she need to make a combination of t1 cav + big siege ( she already have small siege and flat siege refines ) and as you say more layers .really important thing is she is developing defence keep and she didn’t work on her Thebes ( wall dragon) . And she need % refines on all dragons except Thebes ( thebes need % or flat siege and flat cavalry refines)

I dont see the benefit in ascending menshikov above 2 red stars, those BOA are better used elsewhere for free/low coiners IMO. When would you say that ashoka is beter to use then menshikov? 1 or 2 red stars?

The PMK idea is great (kind of free consulting) but your assessment is completely off.. she said herself, she want to be better at defense and you spend so much time criticizing her offense.. IMO she just need to do few adjustments to be a better T1 trap keep, offense stuff will come later when she will be ready to build bigger layers
