i need clarity on the quantitative analysis. do we only perform the quantitative analysis of the risks that were on high and moderate after doing the qualitative analysis?

Alie, yes you should only focus on the most impactful risks when conducting your quantitative analysis. All the quantitative analysis techniques will allow you to better understand all the driving parameters around your most impactful risks, thus allowing you to mitigate the occurrence of the risks. It's sort of like taking out your magnifying glass to see what's really going on from various angles so that you are better prepared to push back on the risk should it comes close to your project.
