I agree with your point. The question here is "How can the project manager respond to this request" not "What should the project manager do first" or something like that, so the key point here is clearly the response to the request not the handling of the risk situation.

i have used Chat GPT and Gemini to answer the questions. both give the same answers 99% of the time with explanation for the right answer and why the other options are not the correct or best.
