I'm so glad you're talking about CBD! My period cramps can be pretty bad the first few days, and ingesting CBD oil us the only thing I've found that really knocks them out.

I love to hear that. I have a family member with severe headaches and she swears by CBD products. I gave her one of these in her stocking for Christmas, and she said it literally turned her day from nausea and lights out, to actually functioning.. So happy to hear these stories.

You've helped me to get in the correct thinking space, along with being inspired by using more natural ingredients 🤗 love love love your Channel! Please never stop! Thank you❤❤

It didn't come back until 14 months PP with my daughter, so it will probably be something similar this time around. Great video! One tip: If you use a menstrual cup, you can take a bath, no matter where you are in your cycle! :) If you find a menstrual cup you love, it's a total life-changer... and very eco-friendly! I love mine :)

One trick I've learned is to get a zip-lock bag and fill it up with ice cubes. I put it on my waistline and it relives my pain. (I don't use a hot pack due to the fact I'm a very hot natured person, in other words it makes me too hot). I'm also a person who loves to cook homemade meals, I have a beautiful baby boy of my own so I cook for my elderly mum and my son and I. So I love to make homemade chili. I do recommend homemade chili as well but be aware that in some people it causes acid reflux due to heavy spices. By the way you want to use unscented products when on your period because it can cause bladder infections and irritation (unscented bath bombs and baby wipes). I'm just saying 😊. Anyway love your videos please do another on this topic!
