It really benefits from an external shockmount cradle... For two reasons the Mount is really flimsy and the vibration rejection isn't good with the built-in one... And the plosive rejection is not very strong... The mic does much better with an external pop filter. Don't get me wrong I like the mic. It's my favorite dynamic mic for music. Fantastic in an untreated room.... Good for taking on the road

Listening to this on my phone with in ears, the D setting sounded rounder than the others on all the vocals, guitars and drum.

Very interesting mic! Like the versatility and overall sound. Curious for the demo what mic-pre was used - If it was just going straight into your interface or if there was an outboard mic pre.

Wow, great mic review. Loved all the sound samples at the end, including a male voice to go along with the the female voice. Aston truly has put thought into this, and given the mic 4 different sounds. It’s just a matter of one’s personal taste.

Seeing the picture of the Stealth on their website, I had no idea what the size was because there was no reference point to compare it to. I thought it was a diminutive pencil/condenser mic size. Imagine my surprise upon seeing it here! xD Okay, I was interested in it. Not anymore. :P It's massive! I think I got influenced by the name, too. Well, not too stealthy I see. xD
