PNB's Joint Company Class with Dance Theatre of Harlem

We celebrated World Ballet Day in a big way this year.
Watch Pacific Northwest Ballet and Dance Theatre of Harlem in a joint company class taught by Juan Carlos Penuela of DTH and Kiyon Ross of PNB. All of these dancers lit up the studio together!
We get to dance with Dance Theatre of Harlem because they're on tour to Seattle for two performances this Saturday at Seattle Theatre Group's Paramount Theatre. Tickets & info can be found here: bit.ly/DTHSeattle.

I must say never was excited to watch a full ballet class as I was with this one. Filled with dynamic and everlasting energy and flow. All the different bodies and dancers made it all so more unconventional.

oh my gosh what a fabulous class! so much JOY in those center exercises, it made my heart swell. Kiyon is amazing! Is there any way to fix the sync issue with the audio? It was running about 15 seconds behind. It got a little bit jarring when things were out of sync.
