Articulate I'm not too bothered about. Genuine and down to earth is what matters. This guy is about as genuine and down to earth as it gets.

​@@chrisburrows5970 Fair enough. Personally, I find it refreshing to listen to a manager that's all about substance over style. Hecky is genuinely interesting. Don't think it's too far wide of the mark to say management is about 90% communication either. When the fine margins in professional sport are primarily mental, articulation and inspiration are surely vital for a leader.
