Thank you for the amazing lecture. And here is an another sign helpful in differentiating pneumothorax from skin fold, which I learn from a RSNA 2020 lecture. In the skin fold, the densities between the two sides of the “pleural line” are different. However, in the context of pneumothorax, the densities between the two sides of the opaque line are almost same.

There is some subcutaneous emphysema on the last one... costa fractures suspected

Dear Dr Rishi it was great subject you covered so well with excellent labels and drawing on radiographs to explain. This is a hot topic in rapid reporting sessions of radiology examinations. I would have appreciated some case where CT Chest was insisted and done by clinicians in case of skin fold.

Correct! there is a left PICC and a chest port in case #2.

It's usually in older patients where the skin is more loose and can overlap when they are in bed. Weight doesn't matter that much.
