Brian...you are the man. We were all going around our Thanksgiving table sharing what we were grateful for, and I didn't even hesitate when I said PN's. I can't tell you how many people I've shared this with. It's been a true game changer for me. I'm more present with my kids, better to my wife, more understanding as co-workers, and just overall...happier. Thanks for being you brother, and going "all in" on this company. So great. P.S. this note was top notch. The book seems like a must read

For the record, Easwaran is pronounced with an "sh" sound as in Ishwaran. Thanks for telling people about my teacher. That is his given name with Eknath being the family name. We called him Easwaran and also spoke of him as EE. He is published by Nilgiri Press at the Blue Mountain Center of Meditation in Tomales, California if anyone wants more information about him and his 8-point program for spiritual development.

Meditation changes your brain, that's why he says (author) it's for "the rest of your day". The 1st thing I noticed when I began Meditation was the 'shield' it gave me for negative or anxiety causing things. They just didn't bother me anymore. Or the lessened the anxiety toward these event greatly. The 2nd thing I noticed is the happiness. I found myself laughing at times for no reason. .All this happens because Meditation changes your frontal cortex, permanently.
