PNW Feature: The Excess 11 Shines in Seattle!

I love the excess 11. Even if i could afford it, it wouldn’t serve my interests. In fact, it competes in market that has a plethora of similar cats. I would love to see what excess could do to make a coastal cruiser that could do inland rivers and canals, with a step down mast (no boom with main sail, just a furling jib), lots of solar panels and electric propulsion. This is a vacation boat, not a condo on water. The completely creative concept that the hopyacht30 did in a small personal craft that honestly is not made for a couple and friends (in lieu of a 20 person party that it seems all cat owners love to invite). I would basically love a mediteranean coastal cruiser that offers european rivers and canals. A length of 10m and a beam of 4.5m, airdraft of 4m could offer 2 berths, 1 head, galley, helm. A full solar roof (hopefully 4000 watts) avoids the bimini that everyone installs anyway. Unlimited, green solar/wind travel at maybe 10 knots offers a green solution in a coastal/canal untapped market (anyone doing open water wants a bigger cat anyway).
