Most EXCELLENT choice of music. Never would of thought when I was a rocker in my 20, I would be a sailor in my 40. Lol whole lot of Rosie please

Hi Sailing Celtic, Whole lot of Rosie is a good one. I'm thinking of doing a sequel cockpit concert with my loyal posse. Angus Young gave us some energetic power chords, how about high-water to hell or my boat shook me all night long;)

Thanks, how's Asha getting on with her new guitar? We enjoyed your video from the river Deben, are you going to mention Bowmore in every episode? Perhaps the'll send you a free crate! Hope the weather improves heading north.

@@sailingwithus5743 I have guitar lessons via skype and can utter a few recognisable tunes, so on the right path I think. I do enjoy it 🎸♥️ Yeah, if the mentioning attracts a few crates we might stick to this tactic 😜 We have reached Amble in Northumberland (an awesome place) and hopefully will sail to Peterhead this weekend. All the best 🙃

How I wish you were here! You simply must have a ukulele and perhaps a kalimba to round out the ensemble!
@sailingwithus57435 жыл бұрын
Hi trackie1957, I have to confess. We neded to google what a Kalimba was! Think I prefer to twang on my 'G' string. Cheers!

you call this boat pocket cruiser? 🤔
@sailingwithus57434 жыл бұрын
Hi VelaVentura and thank you for leaving a comment. You're probably correct at 30ft LOA our boat is on the large side to be called a “pocket cruiser” however looking around the marina and the size of many super yachts these days, we are on the smaller side of boating. I guess it’s all a matter of perspective. Where ever you are in the world ,stay safe! Best wishes, Rob & Angie

@@sailingwithus5743 UK, i own a 22ft kingfisher and is a big boat (own even some sailing dinghys 14ft), not a pocket cruiser, i think pocket cruiser have to be under 18ft. My opinion :).
