MIUI11 is a blunder and video guides for rolling back to MIUI10 are mostly in Hindi (which i don't speak) so thanks for using English. This procedure doesnt work with my Mi8 running on MIUI 11.0.6. Theres no option for “Install Package” on the System Update menu. Please help, i cant use my phone ever since the MIUI11 was installed.

I'm a very insistent person I guess, the calculator (life tab -discounts and stuff calc) wasn't working and I found that sometimes miui11 got buggy like torch not working on double press of power, I can not tell them all but IT has some bugs that still needs optimizing. Hopefully the next miui 11 version would have all this fix. Lesson learned don't go rushing in until you know what's at the other end.

Well, accounts, fingers, it's all data that is preserved with upgrade. If that is lost with downgrade (why I must manualny delete it?) then one can assume other data might be also lost.
