For those who say if only it had stock android, even I'm a stock android fan... Agreed with the fact that one plus user's can't feel the luxury for long since it has become just like any other flagships But that luxury part is not for everyone Like i knew about the 6t's spec's and I was not at all interested in 6t because it didn't have the dame earphone jack So luxury part is just subjective and OnePlus phones launching two phones in 6months gap is just stupid And pricing has been increased alot so they can't call themselves the flagship killer anymore And poco with gcam is really giving some awesome results Poco is the new flagship killer i would say if they launch the new model with the price similar to f1 it would be totally a bang But in the end it's all about perspective I'm using one plus 6 nd I'm pretty happy with it And i don't hate the poco at all because there's no reason to hate it except the ad issue some people are facing in it But not a major one tho Poco is just bang for buck!

Arvind Raghavan Correct, one plus was also supposed to be a bang for the buck phone...but now it is not. one plus is, of course, a great phone, but now it started to feel expensive, one its camera is nowhere close to what the flagships offer, one can get a Samsung s9+ 128gb with 6gb ram for 56k, which isj ust 5k more than one plus MacLaren edition. And that phone offers 2k screen, better display, excellent camera, ip rating, fast wireless charging, and great resale value since it is a Samsung. i think its the poco series that will take the place of one plus. U righty said that gcam is giving amazing results on poco f1. I am a poco f1 user and i am really surprised with the kind of results I am getting

The POCO F1 have 3 batches, Batch 1: Have Screen Bleeding Issue, others parts is OK Batch 2: No screen bleeding, but by using a different screen so the touch screen is glitchy, but it can be fixed by a kernel / OTA update. Batch 3: The best one, this batch doesn't have any screen issue (This Batch start being produced after October) Unfortunately I don't know where each batch was sold at, but if you have Batch 1, then you can just go to a Xiaomi center for someone to switch to a different one for you.

Regarding build quality of this phone, I had poco f1 too, and I dropped it accidentally from around 3 meters height on next day of getting it, and it wasn't happened for once, for my bad luck I dropped it more than 3 times till now, and I never found any scratches and damage to my device. Finally in my personal experience I found this device,a good device for its price, except for one thing, I hope for getting better camera updates from Mi team ASAP.

One really annoying issue you didn't talk about and I can understand why as your wouldn't of noticed is the fact that the volume in headphones is lower for us people who don't have our phones region set to India then it is for people who have their phone region set to India. On MIUI 9 stable ROM the volume was the same level for all regions but in MIUI 10 stable ROM this is no longer the case (It's about 25% quieter set to my region United Kingdom then it is when the phone region is set to India) And it's something no one talks about so I hope you look into it in one of your videos

I'm not 100% sure , but Gcam is a modded APK and not an Open source software from Google., If it were an open source software I guess many would be willing to make that their default camera app. As it is designed specifically for Pixel phone's hardware it's not compatible with every phone out there initially.. , Developers mod the App n make it available for a larger group of people. So OEMs can't just swap it in.. like even the Android one devices don't have default camera app from Google, they all have different software from the OEM itself. ..feel free to correct me if I'm wrong..

I am a user of POCO F1. My experience: PROS - BEAST mobile in terms of battery, performance and speed Beast in gaming Type C Fast charging Cons - keyboard UI sucks and u will mistype many a time. Screen feels protruding out Bottom space on screen is too large ....it could have been used for touch screen Many apps r not compatible with true full screen mode...i mean u will see rounded n square edges.... Overall 4.5 out 5 cuz for 18k this is a treasure

i think your ghost touch issue is coming from your tempered glass, that's the reason why im not using that kind of tempered glass. the center doesn't have adhesive so some sensitivity is loosing. ill also face that issue way back year ago.
