How do you set up item weight before packing if you can't physically touch the product. Like I'm stuck on dimensions lXWH of my product pre packed what would I use for length of a mug if I got back to printfy and find only the width and height of the mug

Hi! It looks like "Retro Magic Regular" isn't a font option at all on my end. I have Canva Pro, and I searched for "retro," "art deco," and even the Retro Magic name itself, but that font didn't show up at all. Do you still have access to it? Any clue why this might be happening?

Hey! I uploaded the Retro Magic front from creative fabrica. Canva Pro has a few similar retro type fonts you can use.
