What I want to know is why any trucker is delivering any load to the northeast? What happens if they get there and can not get fuel to return? As for the Jones act, the loss of USA shipping capacity, called tonnage, is a national disgrace and a severe threat to national security. If those Yankees freeze this winter they will rue having voted for the idiots in DC.
