I'm ABSOLUTELY OBSESSED with Kefir and L Reuteri "yogurt" THANK U SO MUCH for teaching me this MAGICAL STUFF! my sleep has been AMAZING after decades of inability to stay asleep...ever since the very first night drinking kefir I have slept uninterrupted minimum 8hrs! The "t" in sachet is silent, as it is a French word. It is pronounced "sash-ay".

@@Yash-Gaikwad I suppose you would rather live in ignorance, but most people WANT to know how to correctly pronounce words. That's why dictionaries are so popular. Imagine that!!!

I also have that tendency to have mis pronounced words really grate on my ears. Really don’t like that about myself…

@@Shasta1 It would be different if there were not so many resources literally at our hands. If people are watching KZbin and making comments, they are using a cellphone to do so...and KZbin has pronunciation guide videos on it. If you don't know, you can pull up a video that will teach you the pronunciation right then and there. It's nearly miraculous!

I gave my kefir grains a break in the fridge for about 2 months, then took them out, put in fresh milk, and after 3 cycles of tossing the yucky smelling milk, they're finally culturing again, but not great. Donna do you have any recommendations for making it taste right again?

I live in South Africa we do not have access to your products. Please make it possible for those interested to make this without the koffie sachets. I make kefir so help me to use the milk kefir to make the butter. It is very frustrating to listen to this and can't benefit from thus podcast.

Hi Norma, you don't need those sachets. Just use your homemade kefir to culture the cream. 😊🌼

Hi Norma, I don’t know if you have tried to make the butter yet, but I’m gonna try to make it with my kifer Milk and I will let you know how it turns out.😊

@@glorytogodhomestead3495 Use about one fifth kefir to four fifths cream. Sweeten AFTER you have cultured the cream.
