Alright, I just did mine. I had been wondering how I could use the extra cucumbers I had, that were getting spongy-like at their ends, differently than just pickling them. I do believe I will like this, thanks so much!!!

I recently just heard about cousin to lactobacillus, by the name Salviarius.. allegedly we need more of it and most excellent for the colon and mucous membranes, within our whole body. Wondering if it's in our MK?🧐

I'd like to know which of the ingredients are essential to make the right bacteria and which are just for flavouring. We can't get many 'unusual' ingredients where I live.

I didn’t add the daikon to mine. The cucumbers were excellent nevertheless.

I think the ginger n garlic are essential for kimchi.. other than those, looking at all different kinds of kimchi recipes, basically all other ingredients can be changed 🤔
