Great Podcast. I recently got tested for testosterone for the first time in my life, at the age of 41. Came back with a result of 244. I am now looking at all of the natural ways to increase mine, and I asked my doctor. He recommended to give this podcast a listen, so Thanks! Hoping that my levels increase, and I can still continue my passion of long distance endurance marathon running, which I know can harm T levels.

The Art of Manliness testosterone article is something I've gone back to several times over the years. So inspirational and keeps me focused. Thank you!

He's practically given all of that information for free in his platforms. And FYI, that book is free. As for supplements, you don't have to buy his. He practically tells you the vitamins, minerals, amino acids, herbs to buy. You can buy any brand.
