My question is- using anchor do you own the rights of your audio? Compared to other platforms like buzz etc.. I used anchor and it was so easy. But I was concerned of not having full ownership of my audio.

Nope. Anchor is 'non-exclusive', which means you maintain all the rights to your content and you can even choose to host your content on different platforms. You also have full control over how you wish to monetize your content, etc.

@@podsoundschool thanks for that detail. So if I'm using anchor as the main source to record my audio, and anchor was to crash one day- I won't be able to access my recordings? Would it be qiser to have a secondary source of recordings where I can save all of my archives? Just in case, we have to anticipate what could happen.

@@BlessedDelight1 Another great question and yes always good to back up you episodes. That’s another reason we encourage people to record on a DAW other than Anchor.

Yes it’s possible. Apple doesn’t have an exclusivity clause. You would just have to upload the content to Anchor and Apple.

Not an exact date, but they’ve said Sept 15th internationally, Australia should be among the first.
