The rogue exile nodes really aren't that bad as it's similar to the legion ones that got nerfed and moved to another region, the ones with sergeants having rewards. Now I'm not sure if it would beat watchstones focused on legion but I could actually see the tormented spirits part working out well as it's not just 3 extra rare items, you also got some of the spirits that drop quite decent items such as currency orbs, maps and uniques.

Lex Proxima is BY FAR, the best for getting sulphite for delve.

Still can be worth running some niko missions in Vastir though if you have an excess of them and are going to run some legions anyway. Would probably always run the sulphite scarabs in Proxima however.

I can confirm that the minions defending sulphite nodes give around 30-50 sulphite for the whole pack (while the node gives around 1300 sulphite). Really underwhelming

For me it has ranged between 60-150 per pack this league, still rather underwhelming though.
