i have problems with your build --- mana and dexterity on many armors ! because reservation on tempest shield/precision/determination - take all and ice purity is colaps no even use on anger or even glacial hammer /ancestral summon

If you travel to the right side of passive tree, i think dex could be enough. There are many ways to reduce mana reservation. For example this league charms, anoint amulet, small cluster jewels. In current league, I think should invest more accuracy.
