Recipe: 1. Acquire 5 or so unique heist contracts (any unique will do) 2. Run them, Allflame of Scientist drops roughly 1/4 or 1/5 from the unique boss 3. Grab corpse drop chance nodes on the atlas tree (optional) 4. Get a high pack size high tier map 5. Apply Allflame to the monster pack as high on the list as possible, ideally with 120+ or 240+ chance to drop corpses. 6. Acquire the experimented base corpse and go grab your Alternating Sceptre from the graveyard.

I had to re-roll away from this. I think I am just a mapper at heart and RF and LA have spoiled me. ET really felt like an evasion build (obviously it is ) where one second I am fine another second I am 1 shot and the damage really never felt like it was where it should have been. I really appreciate all the work on the guide and honestly I did have a good time until about red maps that said I am keeping the trickster around to see if I just dump a shit load of money into it it actually makes bossing bearable.

Just a note in your atlas tree. You have in the bottom left necropolis wheel " increase effect of haunted mod and decrease effect of haunted mod" which isn't good. You either want one or the other. More corpse but higher difficulty or less corpse but less difficulty.

After messing around with this and getting to early red maps, i think this is one of the cases where the guide + build is good, but the league does not favour it very well. there are WAYYYYY too many things that could circumvent a lot of the extra tankyness. Also, would suggest in the notes to elaborate more about the auras. priority of which aura over which (hatred/herald of ash or both when mana reserve can fit it). Otherwise, seems cool but i've died a LOT doing expeditions with league mechanic combined.

Thanks man for all the nice guides! Really had a great League Start. Strange request, is there a way to share your current Character or tips to farm T17? What are some modifiers you don't run and so on? Currently killing all normal bosses with ease but struggling a bit to kill the T17 Bosses :((

Yea I've been farming T17s for corpses, it's been ok about a div a map but selling the corpses is a giant pain in the ass. I'd highly recommend a Dark Seer, I use it every time I enter a T17. It's ABSURDLY good for that content. It grants basically the entire Born in the Shadows ascendency from Sabo, up to 200 flat life, 200 flat ES, +2 gem levels that also affects auras like Grace as well as EToS/ET, and 10% increased damage taken on mobs via Malediction. It'll be in my next update video sometime tonight. Get them while they're hot.

Ive been enjoying this build so far, but i'm trying to push into reds and between necropolis mechanics and various atlas passive stuff I've been feeling hella squishy. I have a 6l kintsugi, ~25% chaos res, capped suppression with 66% prevented, and around 40k evasion with flasks up but not kintsugi buff. Ive invested maybe 4-5div into it so far and have another dozen to work with. But I keep getting clapped by large, buffed packs or overly-buffed rares like essence mobs. I'm not really sure what my nexts steps should be - I'm thinking a Taste of Hate, but thats only mitigating a bit of phys and likely won't make a significant difference on its own. I've ticked pretty much every box in the "im too squishy" category - I could use some extra ES (currently ~850/3500 life) and will likely aim for a good ES base helmet soon, but other than that I'm stumped. what else can you think of that might help? should i grab recoup? I'm already feeling low on points and haven't even started on my clusters yet.

Ailment immunity via Stormshroud, higher chaos res, higher ES and using a shield (if you don't already use one) might help. Are you using endurance charges / Enduring Cry? You can also get Lethe Shade w/ Stormshroud

@@fearlessdumb0 Thanks. I am using a cwdt IC and an auto Enduring Cry.I think my next steps are a better helm and, I guess, a shield over a second scepter. I have my alternating, thankfully, even if I may have overpaid slightly. Stormshroud is a bit expensive at the minute so I'm going to hold off for now, and I'm not sure what the synergy is with stormshroud either. Thanks again, seems like a bunch of small upgrades more than anything specific.

@@NyancyCat Stormshroud gives you ailment immunity. Most of the weakness in the build is ailment related, so mitigating ailments is crucial to feeling comfortable in maps. Ignite/Shock are pretty deadly in PoE. Until I have a stormshroud I'll run an automated Ignite immunity suffix on a Utility flask but I no longer have to think about ailments at all with Stormshroud

its pure evasion so you will die nothing to do about it just rng. problem is with the delayed damage, yes you can one shot pretty much everything but if something gets through before your traps start going off there is a good chance you will die

Flat regen is the best defense for DoTs. Regen on gear, from masteries, and/or Vitality+Arrogance are all good options.

Cloak of flame definitely not, it’s hella squishy. Lightning Coil and Kintsugi are your best options defensively.

Go get any weapon with an “of the veil” mod on trade, they are 2-3c. Unveil it at Jun and look for any of the dmg per charge mods. Once you unveil it you can bench it on the weapon and it will block those mods from rolling on the unveil

I've been farming T17s for corpses, currently. Before that doing T17 carry service, and voidstone service. Most of the solo bossing content was gutted with the patch, invitation farming feels pretty bad compared to what it was.

Helm enchants no longer exists, those are converted into transfigured gems. Basically same or similar effect you had on helm is now gem effect. So for the one you are asking is explosive trap of shrapnel. That gem gives you smaller explosions now

I believe the allflame may only be dropping from nashta, so the Contract: heart of glory. Its where mine dropped after 3/4 attempts of that one specifically. The wiki also only mentions her as dropping the item. No drops in about 8-12 attempts of other unique contracts. Fwiw 2 of the experiment weapon corpses dropped for me in a 8 mod tier 16 map with some pack size and shrine scarabs from that single allflame.

I dropped them from multiple contracts, I got the most from Unbreakable personally. I ran 30x and Cannibal ran at least that many. Drop rate is still unknown but it was between 1/4 and 1/5 for our small sample

Trigger is only useful for self-chill, and I would not currently recommend self-chill as the investment is too high

2 contracts, that's it. You only need a level 3 Engineering Isla for Breaking the Unbreakable. It takes 6 minutes max.

You can split an item so you get 2, similar to mirroring except you also split the mods. So like if you have an alternating scepter with 6 mods when you split it youll get two alternating scepters with 3 mods each. Now with Morigan i think you can do it like 2 times in one beast craft so you basically get 3 alternating scepters with 2 mods each. Ive seen ppl printing 6links like that. Im assuming it works same with scwpters

Yes you can, I’ve been working on it a bit but haven’t finalized the recipe. Craftofexile has a nice simulator. It’s not a cheap craft though, my goal with this video was to test out drop rates for the Allflame and experimented bases to drive the price down so more people could have them.

@@frostand1 day 2 I was doing boss carry service with only the Wyrmsign gloves, then transitioned into T17s and Ubers. Bossing is kind of in a scuffed place right now I strongly dislike the changes. Impossible to source Uber frags in quantity. Elder invitation seems to be the best invitation at the moment but the market is pretty volatile and the cost of maps/frags has been bouncing all over.

@@odunkafa1595 Mediocre Damage, feels clunky as fuck, Ubers were a bit of a struggle compared to any other build before, Tankiness is mediocre too if you do the Softcore variant from Fearless it is viable but not enjoyable and mapping is a fucking pain + bossing this league without ubers isnt even worth it, juice your atlas with rouge exiles and wildwood on maven bosses and you gonna respecc after 1 map better go Popcorn SRS, hexblast, dd or exsanguinate mines depending on what content you wanna run
