1. get the base with t1 mana 2. spam loathing essence (crit chance) till you get t1 attack speed 3. make sure you have open suffix 4. craft suffix can't be changed 5. augment critical with harvest for t1 critical multi 6. suffix can't be changed 7. scour to remove prefixes 8. suffix can't be changed 9. veiled orb until you get penetration mod 11. craft spell chaos mod
