You're blowing the lid on my favourite strat, I was running this (or a worse version to be honest, no risk scarab no deli orbs) all league and it's crazy consistent. I started doing this in the first week and farmed a Mageblood in 3 days and picked up an Original Sin when it was 280d. That was literally just from running (funnily enough) that exact tree, bloodlines + magic pack size + influence pack size + 2x mirrored rares. If I could roll the clock back I'd run the risk scarabs but I was sleeping on how good they are because I'd found a niche that was working for me. Either way it's nice to see someone spotlight it, I posted a bit on Reddit and people flamed the concept lmao.

After running quite a bit of high currency rolled maps with the ambush strat, I realised that scarabs was way more consistent. But mathematically probably less profit overall, just hated running super high currency with containment scarab and not getting a single ting.

ya without lucky drop its feel suck my first 400 maps was super great 2x House of Mirrors 2x The Price of Devotion 2x lock my next 300 map runs was shit was ok profit but no lucky drop at all

Ive been running the glitter strat, I have got to say i think the actual wildwood event feels like it doesn't nothing unless you have a good spread of 2k juice across the board. The 7 locks and mirror I have found on this strat were all non wildwood maps, there was one wildwood where I found a lock but that was it. This was around 300 maps.

Looks like you got luckier than usual on devouring fragments. I been finding quant and pack size to be very important mods for t17's also. The risk scarab is also very interesting. Early on in the league my league starter was holy relic necro which is one of the best starters imo for the plethora of mods it can run in the end game. It's not totally map mod immune as Balormage claims but I was running 5 risk scarabs on t16 and 17 maps and only one would brick in 15-20 maps or so. In fact t17's were better to run because it's a t16 mod, reduced block chance, that cripples the build. And you had less odds of hitting it with the expanded t17 mod pool. But it was very profitable regardless of how the map was rolled. The last build I played was molten strike of the zenith. I had not gotten original sin but my character was at about 3 mirrors of investment. I tried doing 5 risk scarabs in t17's with that character and it was very fun and challenging. With the boss actually being the problem in most cases for whatever reason. But I was seeing triple fragment drops sometimes. Again, profitable regardless of map rolls. One t16 farm I was engaging with before I quit the league was wisp scarbs and rogue exiles. I could tell such a big difference when using and not using wisp scarabs. Of course the farm is very difficult. Probably the hardest content a regular poe player can experience with deep delving being the hardest and most folk never experience it. I didn't do the strat long enough though to make heads or tails as to what color was making them drop so much currency and other stuff. But it was not uncommon to walk out of a wisped rogue exile map with a few raw div. I was using 2 wisp, 1 gigantification, one titanic and 1 legends on city square. I also put enough points in ritual to force it.

There is lots viable combos. I was runnning 5x risk scarabs, 60% deli for a long time, was very profitable. Then after watching your wisps praise just two wisps and 3 risk and also very nice plus very cheap. Basically if you throw any solid scarab combo on well rolled T17 while having maxed explicits it will give great results. What i don't like at all is that when some popular streamer posts video of something very obvious prices of everything used in it get mulitplied in a blink of an eye. Like people can't figure basic stuff on their own and just waiting to be told obvious. Economy wise this is more harming than helping.

Okay so do a less popular strategy that's just as good until the market dies down. Per your own logic, there should be no issue farming with multiple types of scarab combos that don't use the expensive ones.

I'm not familiar with him. But it's basically the same as the currency-focused magic pack farm I'm doing. This isn't a Divinity/Adversaries farm like the other popular scarab farm.

Thanks for the great info! I am not a fan of jackpot farming so this is defo more interesting. The question though is, how important is the bloodlines one? Cause I play standard and they are 3 div a pop 😅

Quite important here. But you could maybe run Alva instead and force magic monsters that way.

if you're worried about investment costs, id recommend running 2 adversaries 1 nemeses and 2 divinity using regular chisels and the same atlas tree it is less div/map usually about 2.2 profit ~24-28 div/hr but it doesn't need a build as strong and has less upfront costs with settlers scarab prices

I think 2x adversaries 2xwisp/divinity 1xnemisis gives about as many scarabs for much less invest.

Such is a risk hehe, odds are low but never zero. You will a map or more if you run 100 t17.

@@100kejimaeda idk i just can't justify the cost of a bricked map :P especially if you are running a good rolled map with a high value and have invested 2+ divines in scarabs.... Imagine bricking a map that you could sell for 4+ divine plus a bloodlines and glittering scarab 😅
