Thanks for the update! Just switched from WI Int stacking to KB/power Siphon. Damage is amazing, but defenses feel weird. Any suggestions guys? Porpably need to use Determination and get more res on the gear.

A big ES pool alone not make a tanky character, determination should make you feel way more tanky, but it won't help you against the damage over time that is everywhere now. If you do drop purity of elements you need to get ailment immunity elsewhere though.

Switched Wrath out for purity until harvest gets me back to ailment immunity, put Determination on & crafted elusive on my boots but still got wrecked in Simulacrum wave 20. Thought about using defiance banner with enlighten or mana reservation efficiency but currently not possible. If you got any suggestions i'd gladly take them. First time in the Wizard Club

I started crafting myself some gear for int stacking wander as well then I ran out of currency trying to craft just one ring, wasted a whopping one ex on this bad boy and still nothing. I blame GGG and the overpowered yellow mobs.

Feels like it's part of them trying to slow down the meta. It's not all that bad, though. Gives them room to emphasize other chase uniques like ashes and mageblood. Maybe next league they'll come up with something to fix headhunter. :D Until then I'll have fun with a ton of shrines on every map, haha.

@zbroman z Ashes and omni can make absurdly powerful builds as well without the need for a hh, though. There's also alt warpath strength stacking stuff that basically makes any attack skill OP for ~20 ex, etc. I've played a lot of these builds and they feel even smoother than my old headhunter stuff where you couldn't even see half the screen anymore.

Anyway, yeah it sucks for headhunter fans but they say they're working on it. And in the meantime there's plenty of affordable new stuff to play around with.

@zbroman z No worries, you sound perfectly fine. ^_^ Yeah it's sad they screwed the droprates this league. Maybe because they didn't change much else, idk. Again, hopefully they restore HH as an item to be good again, but I think it's wonderful for the game that it's not necessarily the very best endgame item anymore. For some it does get boring after the 10th league playing with it. :p

it will always be a secret to me how people can be so inefficient, wasteful and unprepared but still sit on so much currency anyway :D. couldnt he just jewel recombinate the ring much easier? couldnt he just crit and atrribute fossil craft it even more easily? maybe im wrong here since i never got to try as the poor pebble i am, but it just fees like this was such a currency burial :D and even if he doesent need taht t1 ele res on his ring just sell that thing lol. get a new base and craft that.

Why would you risk recombinating the 10ex %int implicit away? If it chooses the wrong base then it’s gone no?

12-15ex base. 50% chance to lose it with every recom, and no guarantee it would work even if it chose the right base. Can't sell the base, because he wants the shock avoid implicit to cap shock avoid. T1 scorns were 1c each, annul orbs are dirt cheap. He is not being wasteful or inefficient or unprepared, but you are kinda a jerk.

If these rings were as easy to craft as you say, they would be readily available on trade. They are not. The % int base alone with ilevel 82 is 10-12 ex. Also you don't have to have any crafting knowledge whatsoever to farm currency and I don't understand why anyone would think you do.
